Mitochondria are at the heart of an interconnected system that integrates circadian biology, quantum biology, metabolic water, energy production, and the influence of internal mental and emotional states. These organelles generate ATP, the primary energy currency of the body, and play a critical role in maintaining metabolic health. Mitochondria are deeply influenced by inputs from the environment, including light, temperature, and electromagnetic fields (EMFs), as well as the coherence of our internal state, which together regulate their energy production and antioxidant defenses.

Light inputs are especially crucial. Infrared light, a natural component of sunlight, directly stimulates mitochondrial function, enhancing the production of ATP and metabolic water.
