Red Light Therapy Panels
Red light therapy is a non-invasive, science-backed treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red light to enhance your body's natural healing processes. By targeting the mitochondria—tiny organelles that generate energy for our physiological processes—red light therapy boosts cellular energy production, promoting repair, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall vitality.
I design my own red light panels based on the latest research in photobiomodulation. Whether you're looking to optimize athletic performance, recover from an injury, or enhance your skin's appearance, these panels deliver professional-grade therapy at home, on your schedule. Already have a panel? Check out the Usage Guide for setup and session guidelines.

Custom Panels for Home Use
I design my own red light panels, selecting wavelengths based on the latest published photobiomodulation research and what I've seen work in my clinical practice. Each device balances activating power with penetration depth — shorter red wavelengths for surface and localized treatment, longer near-infrared wavelengths for reaching deeper tissues and systemic effects.
The lineup ranges from a rechargeable handheld torch for spot treatment to a 1500W full-body panel with 300 LEDs. Every panel is built to deliver strong clinical-grade output at a fraction of the cost of the big brand names. Sessions typically last 10–20 minutes, and regular use supports cumulative benefits over time.
How Red Light Therapy Works
The science behind red light therapy is grounded in photobiomodulation (PBM), a process where light interacts with cells to produce biological effects. Red light therapy delivers wavelengths of red and near-infrared light (600–1000 nm) to your skin and underlying tissues. These wavelengths penetrate deeply, stimulating the mitochondria to produce more ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy currency of cells. At the core of this process is the activation of cytochrome c oxidase (CCOX), a key enzyme in the mitochondrial electron transport chain, helping your cells use oxygen more effectively, boosting ATP production.
Additionally, red light influences the structuring of intracellular water. By enhancing water absorption and its structuring within cells, red light therapy optimizes cellular function and facilitates energy transfer processes. This interplay between light, water, and cellular respiration accelerates repair and regeneration in damaged or stressed tissues, improving overall function and health.
